ABOUT

Korean Project (Project K) began with a simple question: what does “Korean” mean today?

In a time where tradition and modern life overlap, and personal stories coexist with collective memory, being “Korean” is no longer a fixed style or image.

Project K brings together artists from diverse disciplines to explore Korean sensibility through their own perspectives, materials, and languages. Rather than offering a single definition, the project creates a space where different interpretations meet, overlap, and remain open.

This project is not focused on final answers, but on shared moments of exploration.

Through exhibitions, screenings, talks, performances, and sound, Project K is experienced as a continuous flow rather than a single event.

This archive documents those moments—capturing the atmosphere, the questions, and the traces left behind. Project K exists not to define Korean identity, but to record how it is felt, questioned, and reimagined in the present.
